Who we are

Prayer Journal is operated by AV Empreendimentos Digitais LTDA, registered under CNPJ 56.196.719/0001-02, located at Av. Amador Bueno da Veiga, 2000, Taubaté / SP — Brazil. For any privacy matter you can reach us at suport@abonance.online.

Information we collect

  • Account and contact data: the name and email address you provide at checkout or when contacting support.
  • Purchase data: order number, product purchased, purchase date and payment status.
  • Content you create: prayers, notes, gratitude entries and favorites saved inside the app.
  • Technical data: device type, browser, approximate region and basic usage analytics.

We do not collect or store your full card number, CVV or bank credentials.

Payment processing

All payments are processed by Whop.com, an independent payment processor. Your payment details are submitted directly to Whop and handled under their own privacy and security policies. We only receive confirmation that a payment succeeded, along with the buyer's email and order reference.

Purchase notification emails are sent from suport@abonance.online and from KashPay.

How we use your information

  • To deliver access to the app and keep your entries available to you.
  • To send purchase confirmations, access instructions and important service notices.
  • To provide customer support and process refund requests.
  • To improve the app's reliability, content and usability.
  • To comply with legal, tax and accounting obligations.

Your prayers are private

The entries you write in your journal are personal. We do not sell them, publish them or share them with advertisers, and we do not use them for marketing.

Sharing your data

We share personal data only with service providers that make the product work — the payment processor (Whop.com), email delivery services and hosting/infrastructure providers — and only to the extent needed. We may also disclose data when required by law or to protect our legal rights.

Data retention

We keep purchase records for as long as required by applicable tax and commercial law. Account and content data are kept while your access is active, and are deleted upon request unless we are legally required to retain them.

Your rights

Under Brazil's LGPD (and comparable laws such as the GDPR where applicable), you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, anonymization, or information about data sharing, and you may withdraw consent. Write to suport@abonance.online and we will respond within the legal timeframe.

Cookies

We use essential cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in and to measure basic, aggregated usage. You can block cookies in your browser, though some features may stop working correctly.

Security

We use encryption in transit and access controls to protect your data. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but we work continuously to safeguard your information.

Children

Prayer Journal is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top always reflects the current version.
