1. Acceptance

By purchasing or using Prayer Journal, you agree to these Terms of Use. The service is provided by AV Empreendimentos Digitais LTDA, CNPJ 56.196.719/0001-02, located at Av. Amador Bueno da Veiga, 2000, Taubaté / SP — Brazil. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the app.

2. What you are buying

Prayer Journal is a digital devotional product accessed through your browser on mobile, tablet or desktop. Your purchase grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the content for your own use.

3. Payments

Payment processing is handled by Whop.com. By completing checkout you also accept Whop's applicable terms. Prices are shown at checkout and the purchase is a one-time payment with no automatic renewals unless explicitly stated.

Purchase confirmation emails are sent from suport@abonance.online and from KashPay.

4. Refunds

You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase. See our 7-Day Refund Policy for details and instructions.

5. Acceptable use

  • Do not share, resell, sublicense or redistribute your access or the content.
  • Do not copy, scrape or reproduce the material for commercial purposes.
  • Do not attempt to breach, disrupt or reverse engineer the service.
  • Do not use the service for unlawful, abusive or harmful activity.

Access may be suspended or terminated without refund for violations of this section.

6. Intellectual property

All texts, prayers, novenas, designs, images and software in Prayer Journal are owned by AV Empreendimentos Digitais LTDA or licensed to us, and are protected by applicable copyright law. The entries you write remain yours.

7. Spiritual content disclaimer

Prayer Journal is a devotional resource for prayer and reflection. It does not promise healing, financial gain, reconciliation or any specific outcome, and it is not a substitute for medical, psychological, financial, legal or professional religious guidance. If you are in crisis, please seek qualified help.

8. Availability

We aim to keep the service available at all times, but we may perform maintenance, updates or changes to features. We are not liable for temporary interruptions caused by factors outside our reasonable control.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Use. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, with the courts of Taubaté / SP as the elected venue, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
