7-Day Refund Policy

Our guarantee

We want you to feel at peace with your purchase. If Prayer Journal is not right for you, you may request a full refund within 7 (seven) calendar days of your purchase date. No complicated forms and no justification required.

How to request a refund

• Send an email to suport@abonance.online.
• Use the subject line "Refund Request".
• Include the email address used at checkout and your order or receipt number.

We reply to every request within 2 business days and approved refunds are submitted immediately.

Processing and timeframes

Payments for Prayer Journal are processed by Whop.com. Once a refund is approved, it is issued back to the original payment method through Whop. The amount typically appears on your statement within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Access to the app is revoked once the refund is issued.

Purchase confirmation emails

After your purchase you will receive confirmation emails from suport@abonance.online and from KashPay. Please keep them — they contain the order details we need to locate your purchase.

Exceptions

• Requests made after the 7-day window may be declined.
• Requests involving fraud, abuse or repeated purchase-and-refund activity may be declined.
